How do I get started as an investor with Moontech Global?

The entire account creation and investment process is completed online via our website platform. You will be prompted to provide or verify any required information, as well as make the necessary acknowledgments electronically. Don't make an investment to any individual or broker as we don't partner with any.
Can I register without depositing funds at initial?

Yes. There is no obligation to deposit upon registration to our platfrom. Only when you actually want to start your Investment will you need to make the minimum investment deposit on your chosen investment Tier or portfolio.
What type of Tier/package can I invest through?

We currently support four different investment packages, Click here to view our Investment Tiers Each investment package has it's own investment plans. Our investment tiers lasts through a period of 6 weeks to 15 months. Please note that investment returns (ROI) per week varies with Tier of investment.
Is my Capital Protected?

Moontech- Global maintains financial insurance, all our investors financial capital are insured. We as well back up our investors capital equivalent in our reserve banks, and cold wallet storage, this ensures that we're able to refund back our clients their invested capital should in case anything.

Though considering the Risk management we've put in place, we highly believe your investment with us is secured and guaranteed.

We employ the use of best strategy for eliminating risk by diversifying into non-correlating assets and the use of put options. This means the company also invests in gold mining, agriculture, real estate, bonds and other high yielding investemnts in order to guarantee our returns.
Can I make further Investment into my account?

Yes. You can make further reinvestments but there is a minimum deposit amount which is specified on each chosen Investment Tier.
Is my private information protected?

Yes. Your private information is highly protected using the most up-to-date hi-tech techniques, ensuring you are in a safe Investing environment. We do not share your private information with any third party in any way.
How do I make a Deposit?

Login to your investment account and click on the "invest" button listed under our different method of deposit. You will be provided with the corresponding crypto wallet address to complete the deposit process.
What are the additional fees?

The only additional fee you may have to pay is the blockchain transaction fee, which is included during crypto transactions and is handled by the blockchain network. Aside the network fee, there are no additional fees.
What crypto assets are accepted for withdrawal transactions?

All crypto assets which we support as a mode of payment can be used to withdraw your ROI/funds as well.
How long until a withdrawal is processed?

Withdrawal transactions are sent out as soon as you initaite them in your account dashboard

How do I create an E-Wallet?

Can I open several Accounts?

No. If we find out that one member has more than one account, the entire funds will be frozen.
